How is Sien caring for you and you for your Sien items?

Sien Jewellery is made from sterling silver and gold plated material.

Over time jewellery can scratch or become dull from coming in contact with chemicals, or natural oils from your body, or knocked against other materials.

So here some care tips to have the longest fun with your Sien Jewellery item (and other jewellery):

• Avoid contact with cream or perfume 

• For the resin pearls and sterling silver: stay away from long bright exposure of sunlight to avoid discolouration

• If possible, we advice to remove all jewellery before washing, swimming and sleeping to prevent tarnishing or tangling

• Clean your jewellery in warm soapy water with a soft cloth or toothbrush.

Rinse your item thoroughly and dry after, shine up with a soft dry cloth.

 

Little accident?

Sien Jewellery is handmade and unique. As all handmade jewellery, an accident can happen. Please do not hesitate to reach out for repair or re-polishing your jewellery.

Production & Purchase

Each Sien Jewellery piece is (hand) made to order. Please allow up to 21 days for your order to be crafted and dispatched.

Once the payment is received, the items will be dispatched.

 

Returns

We can only offer returns on items which have proven to be faulty. In some instances, we are able to exchange this for other Sien Jewellery pieces. However, this exclude the earrings due to hygiene reasons.
